**The Role**:
Reporting to the Field Services Manager, the Technical Planner is the anchor point to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively in the Field Services Team. We see this person as pivotal to delivering effective services to our clients in their hydropower and geothermal energy generation activities. You’ll primarily be responsible for:

- Leading resource and plant planning
- Creating work orders
- Supporting client requirements
- Identifying and seeking opportunities to maximise utilisation of resources across MB Century service teams

**About You**:
With a background in the energy sector, manufacturing or heavy engineering, you’ll be known for your ability to understand the desired result, track progress and allocate resources to get the job done. In addition, you’ll bring:

- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and allocate resources, across multiple projects
- Strong, positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to build sustainable relationships, negotiate and manage people
- Connections and experience in geothermal or hydro energy circles
- Financial and commercial understanding
- Tertiary qualifications in technical discipline or project management or trade certifications
- Qualifications in quality are desirable
- Willingness to be open, learn and grow in your role

This role is primarily office based, but you will also interact with field staff on site.
