**About the Role**

Based in Wairakei, Taupo, you’ll be perfectly located to experience the renewable energy industry as well as enjoy all that this area has to offer outside of work. Supported by our two-year graduate development framework, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your career in this highly rewarding field and get unique exposure to a variety of our sectors and functions, including:

- Engineering design, estimating and project management for Geothermal and Hydropower projects
- Hydrogen plant engineering, construction and project management
- Reservoir engineering services and R&D
- Drilling engineering

**About You**:
If you have a genuine interest in learning about and getting involved with renewable energy, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be a practical engineer who enjoys being involved with the full lifecycle of a project from office-based planning and design, liaising with workshops, as well as field work on site.

To be considered for our graduate program, you will bring:

- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (other associated degrees considered)
- Full NZ Drivers license
- Mechanical aptitude and effective problem solver
- Self-management - ability to co-ordinate work to meet agreed costs and schedules
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work within a multi-discipline team
- Confident user of Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced Excel
- Ideally also have working knowledge of MS Project, Auto CAD, MicroStation
