**The Role**:
Based in Wairakei, Taupo, our Professional Services team deliver engineering designs, tenders, and project management for our clients in geothermal power plants, hydropower plants, and general engineering projects.

Supervised by our Mechanical Engineers and Project Managers, you’ll be supporting and liaising with our Engineering teams providing general mechanical and process engineering draughting. You’ll be draughting piping layouts through to isometric drawings including mechanical component design.

**About You**:
We are seeking a proven Mechanical CAD professional able to complete engineering drawings from engineering scope, ideally with knowledge of the energy sector. You’ll also offer:

- Experience with pipeline layouts and isometric drawings.
- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software, ideally with software knowledge of Bentley’s MicroStation, Bentley’s OpenPlant, Solidworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Packages, namely, word, excel, outlook and teams.
- Completed formal CAD training.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong time management skills and deadline focus.
- Ability to prioritise work and work collaboratively to meet business and client requirements.

This role will be based in our Taupo headquarters where our people work 40-hour weeks, starting at 7.30am and finishing at 4pm, Monday to Friday. The salary range for this role is NZD$70,000 - $90,000.
