**About the role**:
Based in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Taupo, you will be working with one of civil constructions most upcoming companies known for their reputation of quality, innovation and the successful delivery of large-scale, often complex civil engineering infrastructure projects.

Max People are looking for Hammerhands to work on the first of three stages of a geothermal power plant. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop with the possibility of progressing to further stages of the project.

We are on the hunt for Hammerhands with formwork or civil labouring experience to join the crew working on stage 1 out of 3 of this project with opportunities to grow and progress throughout this awesome role

**$27.00 - $30.00 Wages; Dependent on previous experience and skillset**

**Site Benefits and Culture**:

- $100 per day worked accommodation allowance
- $30 per day worked meal allowance
- $35.00 - $40.00 Wages
- Off-peak tourism season for cheaper accommodation
- Above Standard Wages
- Contracting rates available
- Minimum of 6-month project for stage 1 of 3 stages (6-months each)
**Role duties**:

- Propping and standing tilt panels and formwork systems
- Construction and installation of timber boxing and formwork
- Assisting with concrete pours
- Rigging and lifting concrete panels
- Stripping and water blasting formwork
- Limited amount of steel fixing and tying required

You will be required to work within one of the following crews:_**
- Pile cap and foundation construction
- Pre-Cast Installation and In-Situ Concrete Stitch Pours
- Large Reinforced Concrete Plinths
**Role Requirements**:

- Basic hand tools required for hammerhands and carpenters
- Previous exposure in construction is preferred for labourers
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe advantageous
- Experience concreting, formwork and carpentry experience in civil space is beneficial
