Marchand Oak Flooring, a growing leader in luxury flooring & architectural drainage solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the NZ as part of our Asian construction strategy. As our Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and solidifying our position as the premier choice for luxury flooring in New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Sales Leadership**: Drive our comprehensive Asian sales strategy to achieve our growth targets.

- ** Customer Centricity**: Build strong relationships with key customers and specifiers, providing exceptional service and support.

**Provide fast communication & quoting**:We provide ourselves of getting quotes to customers within 12 hours max
