About the Team

The Business Services team is a small but powerful team of two, providing assistance to all areas of the business. Much more than just a Receptionist, the role of the Co-ordinator is uniquely placed to provide a wide range of support from hospitality to project work, whatever the situation calls for. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you can expect everything from the mundane to the exciting in a fast paced, 100% agile corporate office.

If you can help us identify and implement processes and procedures that will make our service delivery even better, deliver exceptional quality customer service through administrative support, provide full reception service as our first point of contact and have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others, you may be the person we are looking for and we would like to meet you.

What you need to know

Key accountabilities will include but not limited to:
Operational and Administrative Responsibilities:

- Receiving and redirection incoming communication
- Maintaining access cards, stationery and kitchen supplies
- Records Management
- Catering and meeting room setup assistance

Reception Responsibilities
- Meet & greet visitors
- Managing incoming calls via Microsoft Teams

Customer Service Responsibilities
- Demonstrate good communication skills, build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer proficient with intermediate word, excel and keyboard skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Always demonstrate professional integrity
