Own this role and join this commercial organisation on a permanent basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts payables
- Accounts receivables
- Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately
- Bank reconciliations
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
- Work closely with an external Accountant and suppliers
- Being able to answer phones when required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience preferably in a fast paced environment.
- Be able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- You must have your drivers licence
- If you are available immediately that would be advantageous.
