Our company is currently seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The position will be required to work 40 hours per week on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range
of tasks, including:
**Maintain Accurate Financial Records**: Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and manage payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.

**Coordinate with External Accountants**: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and work with external accountants to ensure accurate reporting.

**Assist in PAYE Filing**: Help with the preparation and submission of PAYE filings.

**Salary Payment Processing**: Manage and execute the salary payment process for all employees.

**Time Sheet Record Management**: Maintain accurate records of employee time sheets and ensure proper documentation.

- **Integrity**: High level of honesty and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
