Reporting to the Process Improvement Manager, bring your experience and creativity to UC by joining the growing team of process improvement specialists, where you can make a difference in shaping the experience of UC's learners, staff and community. There's a wide range of projects where you can focus your analytical skills, from enhancing the way communications are sent to students, to simplifying parts of the payments process. Keeping your eye on the ball will help to ensure things operate smoothly, and your troubleshooting expertise will help to fix things if they go wrong.

In this new role with the Process Improvement team, you will have the scope to reimagine and document how things are done, monitoring business processes and identifying process improvement opportunities. Safeguarding the future, you will promote the use of newly established standardised business process assets including a campus wide framework and repository, readily sharing your knowledge and assisting with process mapping where needed.
