**Position Purpose**

You will be responsible for leading, assisting, and supporting a team of temporary staff as they process enrolments. Specifically, this will include, coaching, quality assurance, allocation of work, regular operational reporting on team progress; rostering duties; and achieving operational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operational delivery: lead the team as directed by the manager
- Leadership and staff performance: leads, motivates, and supports staff to ensure services are delivered to the required standardCommunications: produce timely verbal updates and high-quality written reports
- Information gathering and analysis
- Health, safety, and well being

**What you'll need to succeed**
- High level of computer literacy - experienced user of Microsoft Office and other related packages.
- Outcome-orientated with a customer focus
- A people person and can build + maintain strong relationships
- Good organisation, time management, and planning skills
- Works well under pressure and balances multiple priorities
- Can work extended hours including a Saturday and / or a Sunday during the busy period
