**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We sat down with our Senior Customer Communications Manager (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role).

**What are some day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Taking a brief from the business, and asking numerous questions to understand the task thoroughly
- Showcasing your project management pūkenga (skills)
- Briefing the Marketing copywriter and working closely to ensure the communications meet the brief, are jargon free and are simple and concise
- Collaborating with and influencing stakeholders from every corner of BNZ
- Moving communications through design/planning, approvals, and delivery
- Problem solving and thinking outside the box to ensure smooth delivery of communications
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Managing feedback from stakeholders
