As the Communications Lead at BCITO, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Head of Marketing Communication, and external agencies to align messaging with BCITO's strategic objectives. You'll oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistency, quality, and effective engagement across all channels. Your role also includes providing strategic counsel, managing risks, mentoring, and supporting the Director and senior managers, particularly in government relations. Additionally, you'll develop crisis communication plans and use analytics to optimise communication efforts and reporting.

- Effectively lead an organisations internal communications function.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies, particularly from an internal focus, and managing brands, managing vendors in communications.
- A passion to translate being customer-centric into a variety of influential communications messages and outputs.
- Provide leadership experience in achieving strategic goals and objectives in a complex environment, with a high level of customer focus and stakeholder engagement.
