**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We're currently looking for a customer obsessed and data savvy communications contractor with a track record of success. You’ll be experienced with managing complex customer change communications and projects. If you're looking for a new challenge and thrive on helping customers through periods of change, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- A communications specialist who can work well with our internal teams to translate and communicate complex messages in a way that is simple and easy for our customers to understand
- A customer advocate who can be counted on to be the voice of our customers
- Advanced data skills, able to understand complex data sets, and act as the co-ordinator between data, marketing automation and communications stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and levels within the business
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- 5+ years of communications or marketing experience, ideally within a service industry
- Solid direct marketing experience, including eDM, DM and SMS
- A growth mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities
- Experience within an agile environment would be highly desirable
