We have an immediate need for 2 x Managed Support Representatives who would be dealing with our clients with high and complex needs and 3 x Community Engagement team members who would be checking clients eligibility for 3+ month assignments. You will be doing general administration support work, and if you have customer service experience then your skills may be used in this area as well.

**Duties include**:

- Ensuring all clients that have applied to the organisation, all details are correct and updated to ensure the get the best possible outcome.
- trained to work in the clinical portals and the Lighthouse portal to address the incoming referrals from the front

**About you**:

- Experience working in a clinical background
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and proven customer service & administration ability.
- Confident, empathetic approach when dealing with a diverse range of clients needs and culturally sensitive.
- Intermediate Micro-soft suite skills and high level of accuracy
- Passionate about making a difference in our community.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work from home
- Experience working with different databases or systems.
