**What you'll do**:

- Developing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy: The Market Development Manager is responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy for launching Kami to a new market. This includes identifying the target audience, understanding customer needs and preferences, developing the value proposition, and determining the best channels for reaching the target audience.
- Defining the product positioning and messaging: The Market Development Manager works with the product team to define the product positioning and messaging that will resonate with the target audience. They ensure the messaging is consistent across all marketing channels, including advertising, social media, and PR.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The Market Development Manager works closely with other teams, such as product, sales, customer success, and engineering, to ensure that the product or service meets customer needs and that the GTM strategy is aligned with the overall business goals.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns: The Market Development Manager works with the VP of Marketing on developing and executing campaigns to promote Kami to the new target audience. This includes identifying the most effective channels for reaching the audience, developing the content and creative assets, and managing the budget.
- Measuring and analyzing results: The Market Development Manager monitors and analyzes the results of the GTM strategy and marketing campaigns. They use data analytics to track the performance of the campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize the GTM strategy.

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in go-to-market strategies, new market research, and growth initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proven track record of successfully entering and expanding into new markets, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
- Experience in the technology industry or a related field is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support market research and business development activities.
