Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.
**What You Will Do**
As the Sales Enablement Lead ANZ, you will be a key driver in our customer engagement journey. You will have the opportunity to drive the operation of the business for best performance, with a view to creating increased efficiencies and improved profitability and contributing to the strategic priorities of the organisation to achieve and deliver organisational success and customer satisfaction.
You will join a diverse team of professionals, reporting to the Customer Effectiveness Lead for the ANZ cluster.
- Responsibilities include, however not limited to:_
- In collaboration with the Customer Effectiveness Lead, develop and deliver on the CRM vision and Road Map, focusing on future proofing CRM initiatives to drive customer centricity.
- Lead the Sales enablement team in the day-to-day management, maintenance and optimisation of the value of CRM & SAP systems, including connected systems and processes (rebate, subscription, dashboards, Sales Incentive Program, sales data, customer and pricing).
- Direct operational responsibility for critical business activities, ensuring customer focus and timely delivery.
- Responsibility for the documentation of processes and cross functional support for specialists.
- Champion innovative and new ways of working via automation and simplification (eg. Rebate management). Identify initiatives and improvements in technology, systems and processes to enhance service (for our customers) and employee retention; work collaboratively across functions to design and implement initiatives
- Manage CE dashboards and deliver training and engagement plan to ensure all users can effectively use CE supported systems
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maintain understanding of business priorities and customer requirements. Acting as a business partner to our BU’s, collaborate with them and other key stakeholders to champion, develop, and communicate a consistent strategic platform, mission, and purpose for the organization
- Lead, manage, coach and support Sales enablement team delivering on objectives through motivating others and setting an engaging, achievable vision
- Assess direct reports’ performance, manage, in conjunction with them, their development and provide on-going coaching to support individual performance objectives.
- Understand the product and service portfolio and stay abreast of current product marketing strategy that may need to be supported within the CRM system i.e. structures and Targeting
- Understand the customer environment and developing trends and ensure capture of relevant customers and their details in the CRM system
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing development of sales enablement initiatives and systems, eg. CRM, the sales incentive plans, dashboards and analytical support, master data governance, rebate management, subscription management tools.
- Owns and internally advocates for customer needs, expectations and satisfaction; in partnership with IT and business unit colleagues, guiding teams in delivering to and establish/maintain effective client relationships
**What You Must Have**
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance or related field, or demonstrated strong experience in a similar role
- Possess strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering exceptional commercial outcomes and an ability to analyse and think strategically and build and implement processes to optimise business performance and profitability
- Experience in the development of field force information and intelligence
- Expertise in data management, data science and insights
- Experience in development and ongoing management of Sales Incentive Programs
- Experience working within complex global matrixed organisations, with an ability to build positive business partnering relationships with cross-functional teams across Sales, IT etc.
- Previous experience in a people management role is preferred, or have demonstrated strong ability to lead and motivate a team
- Positively embraces change and operates effectively in continually changing environment.
- Strong active listening, business facilitation, and influencing skills
