This role could be based in Nelson, Christchurch, Queenstown, Dunedin or Invercargill.

You will be creative and dedicated. Your interpersonal, and project management skills will be something you take pride in - and working collaboratively and positively as part of a team with a common purpose will be second nature to you.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Preparing bid writing plans, liaising with task owners to ensure timely input and completion of tender sections

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**

Working with a wide variety of stakeholders, you’ll need the ability to understand client recruitments and create compelling submissions to win tenders. Calm, organised, and flexible under pressure, you’re happy working on multiple projects at once, and produce consistently high quality work to tight deadlines.
- Proven tendering experience, including the writing and production of tenders
- Ability to work positively with people across a variety of expertise and backgrounds - at the executive level through to on-the-ground delivery staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong command of MS Office tools and Adobe-Pro
- Strong organisation skills, high attention to detail, efficient time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to deadline and manage multiple pieces of work
- Able to evaluate information quickly, identifying key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgement, experience and common sense.
- A flexible approach with a willingness to ‘muck’ in as required to get the job done

**Me pēhea ki te tono | How to apply**

We are committed to a safe working environment for everyone - all successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment drug test, medical and a Ministry of Justice check prior to starting employment. If you need support with this requirement, please talk to our team.
