We have an immediate need for 2 Client Support people. You will be doing general Administration Support work and if you have Customer Service experience then your skills may be used in this area as well.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Contacting clients and scheduling assessments including written confirmation
- Identify client support needs whilst supporting client on user driven process
- Assist clients to understand and access the range of services offered and support clients
- Guide clients on how to make a referral
- Provide information, educate and advise contacts and clients about their eligibility.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and proven customer service & administration ability.
- Confident, empathetic approach when dealing with a diverse range of clients needs and culturally sensitive.
- Passionate about making a difference in our community.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work from home or office if you are based in Auckland.
- Experience working with different databases or systems.
