Iplanit Client Manager

**Client Management Team activities involve variety of responsibilities, including**:
- Support iplanit client management and project delivery activities
- Analysis and documentation of client business needs
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Support existing clients in best practice use of the system and training.
- Support iplanit business development activities such as web briefings, demonstrations, proposals and industry events.
- Provide feedback to the Aspirico support, product development and marketing teams regarding the needs of Australian and New Zealand market/clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
- Knowledge of and/or experience in the social care sector would be beneficial
- Prior experience of implementing or using client management, case management or CRM systems in a health or social care setting would be beneficial.
- Project management skills
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Good business analysis and written business communications skills
- Strong negotiation/commercial awareness
- A creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution.
- Attention to detail
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to job responsibilities
- An interest in innovation/technology and familiarity with MS Office
- A quick learner with very good verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter, with ability to work well as part of a team and independently.

- Comfort with occasional travel nationally/internationally where needed.
**Role benefits and induction**
A detailed role induction programme and training will be provided. Your normal place of work will be at your home office or travel to client premises. The role may, on occasion require flexible hours for international company calls.
