**Job Description**:
The technological change within the Education sector has opened up real opportunities, which we believe that we are ideally placed to capitalise on.

Reporting into the Account Management Chapter Lead for Education, this role will be critical in our growth agenda as you build, maintain & grow existing TWG portfolios throughout the Education Sector across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

Quick snapshot of the role:

- Seek to grow existing customer relationships and account size across Education Sector
- Provide customer first service to grow managed accounts
- Be a passionate ambassador for TWGB in the external market and with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate best in class sales behaviours & deliver end to end exceptional customer service
- Take a proactive and organised approach to managing own resources, appointments and customer visits
- Being aware of local competitor activities and suggesting ways to stay ahead

**Qualifications**:
Sales savvy and target driven, with a personality, you’re passionate about sales, business development and relationship management. You could point to a strong background in sales and/or business development at a commercial level and be skilled at developing win-win solutions. Alternatively, you could be an educator with experience in a leadership role wanting to make the move into Account Management. Whatever your background, ideally you will have strong relationships to leverage existing and harness future opportunities within the Education sector.

Your excellent communication and relationship management skills will also put you in good stead, as this role will see you work cross functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to handle pressure and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen
- Able to communicate effectively to all levels and be highly results driven
