**Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role**

We are currently seeking an Administrator for the Nga Taiohi National Youth Secure Forensic Inpatient Unit at Kenepuru Hospital. We are seeking applicants with a strong background of administration preferably in a health care or hospital setting. The role also includes the oversight of our security system and reception desk. Some evening and weekend work may be required. This is a varied role with a focus on support to our clinical team.

**Mō tō mātou rōpū ' About our team**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and committed Administrator to join the National Youth Secure Forensic Inpatient team at Kenepuru Hospital. We offer specialised assessment and treatment for youth offenders with mental health problems within a bi-cultural model of care. We are a progressive service committed to providing a culture of ongoing professional development for staff through regular in-service training.

- Excellent planning and time management skills
- The ability to be flexible with days and hours of work ' some weekend and evening work may be required.

The successful applicant will be able to:

- Work confidently with word and excel spreadsheets
- Update electronic medical records
- Maintaining clinical files
- Maintain and record meeting minutes
- Maintain bookings of meetings, cars and rooms
- Schedule hearings and liaise with Family and Youth Courts
- Stock ordering
- Perform reception/security desk duties
- Manage accounts and invoices
