**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations, including overseeing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in office administration. Experience in construction industry is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
