- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

**Basic qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master in Information Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or a related field or 0-1 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge in one or more of these IT technologies - Networking / Databases / Linux
- Self-starter who is excited about technology, troubleshooting/support experience

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Passionate about customers and new technology
- Experience scripting or developing in one or more of the following languages: UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java,.NET (C#), JavaScript.
