Mō te tūnga | About the role
Working with other Intelligence Coordinators you will be responsible for the management and input of all (intelligence) electronic and hard copy data onto the appropriate databases for use by NZDF intelligence units.

**A typical day might include**:

- Disseminating intelligence products across multiple classified and restricted information networks.
- Enable NZDF Intelligence staff to access information products, including maintaining an awareness of information sources and needs and facilitating information flows.
- Processing incoming and outgoing requests for information, with a focus on delivering results for customers and developing relationships.
- Maintaining a team approach to intelligence management including the organisation of coordination meetings.

Due to the nature of this role, there is no option to work remotely.

To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated team member with excellent communication skills. As you'll regularly be dealing with difficult or complex material, a strong work ethic (and a sense of humour) is essential in this busy role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data systematically and within required timeframes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, whether interacting in-person or digitally.
- Excellent skills in the MS Office suite, especially with SharePoint.

This role will require you to obtain a Top Secret Special security clearance. Please see the link below to ensure that you would be eligible for this level of clearance.
