**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
Responsible for promoting, selling and growing market share of Integrated Packaging products within existing and prospective customers through providing high level of service and relationship-based approach. Develop long term relationships with key stakeholders at Head Office level also.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Sell a wide variety of flexible packaging products predominantly in the Industrial and Primary sectors whilst creating value through innovative solutions, continuous improvements and service
- Establish customers partnerships with key stakeholders at head office level whilst maintaining and develop relationships on the ground with operators and users of Integrated Packaging products
- Understand customers profile and needs that are unique to the Industrial and Primary sector
- Ensure customers and Integrated Packaging expectations are managed professionally and communication of accurate information
- Develop long term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and execute on Account Management plans, proposals and target customer plans
- Provide market intel to create and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve both short and medium term objectives of Integrated Packaging.
- Maximise the consumption of Integrated Packaging products while meeting the needs of the customer within the requirements and policies of Integrated Packaging.
- Ensure that the resource applied to the achievement of the respective sales and operating goals are within the predetermined and agreed levels.
- Understand customers commercial requirements whilst achieving optimal margin through agreed pricing strategy

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in the role, you will require**:

- Demonstrated experience in business-to-business, along with Sales and Account Management experience - ideally in packaging or a related industry
- Experience in operating in a sector with regular call cycles to service existing accounts
- Experience in generating new business from new customers, and growth within existing accounts
- Strong relationship building skill set
- Intermediate experience inn MS Office
- Experience in Forecasting
