There is now an opportunity for an experienced Proposal Manager to join the business. There is an openness to the level and key will be your understanding about broader outcomes such as sustainability and the nuances of working with various stakeholder groups. Reporting to the National Bid Manager, you will handle non-price submissions for all tenders on a national basis and can be either Christchurch or Auckland based. This is a position where you will have flexibility, influence and room to develop.

Applications are sought from innovative and successful professionals who have proven experience actively driving new and improved ways of producing top level tender submissions and promotional material, coordinating a bid process and writing and presenting of submission documents.
