**Ko tō tūranga - Your role**:
Reporting into the Head of Commercial Planning & Transformation, this role will deliver our overall strategic, commercial and customer objectives. This role will support the overall definition and facilitation of the process, as well as support an agreed portfolio of squads/ teams to complete their planning. Our Planning & Strategy Lead will also be responsible for driving the integration of the QBR planning process to ensure alignment with the Rolling Forecast (Capex and Opex) and IT Program Management.
**Ko tō mahi - What you’ll do**:
- Support the quarterly planning across Vodafone, facilitating the process to achieve agreed outcomes in line with strategic priorities.
- Build cross organisation understanding of the planning and support the process and its outcomes.
- Support prioritisation of initiatives - ensuring they reflect the constraints including available resourcing and investment funding.
- Drive the development of a clearly defined resourcing profile, including allocation of resources into squads in line with their requirements or adjustment of priorities to reflect available resource.
- Ensure clarity of objectives, results and associated KPIs for agile squads in allocated areas - working with Tribe Leaders and Product Owners to support their contribution to the planning process.
- Ensure the QBR planning process integrates and aligns available resources in Rolling Forecast (Capex and Opex) and IT Program Management.
**Na tōu rourou - What will you bring?**:
- Experience in programme, commercial or CAPEX forecasting/planning in a complex environment.
- Experience working with OKRs and organisational planning
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build relationships and engage across all organisational levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and project management.
- A customer experienced focused mindset.
- Experience of planning in an agile or rolling / continual planning environment.
