**What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga**

Are you ready for a fantastic opportunity in our brand-new office? We're looking for a Coordinator to be the backbone of our Partnership team. In this role you will be responsible for the handling of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks which include responding promptly and professionally to queries, ensuring meetings run smoothly, invoicing and accruals and supporting the delivery of positive business outcomes. Working collaboratively with the wider partnership team you'll also have the chance to contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Some of your duties will also include:

- Produce accurate and timely performance reports for stakeholders.
- Manage partner and competitor information to uphold our brand promise.
- Support product campaigns by updating data for monitoring success.
- Assist in change management projects impacting partner sales and service.

**About You | Mōu**

To be successful in this position, you'll be a team player who can build effective relationships with your immediate and wider team. You will have administration experience ideally in a professional environment with an eagerness and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational and time management skills.
