And we're on the lookout for an Events and Partnership Marketing Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, executing, and managing our B2B events and partnership initiatives.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organise, and coordinate various events and campaigns, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and trade shows.
- Develop compelling event content, presentations, and collateral materials in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the partnerships team by developing and implementing marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships.
- Measure event success through key performance metrics and analyse data to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Develop post-event follow-up strategies to nurture leads and track their progression through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align event objectives with broader business goals.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of Events Marketing and/or Partner Marketing experience.
- Proficiency in marketing technology such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Dedication to continuous improvement and optimization, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
