**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Be passionate about people, as you will be focused on building strong relationships with our team and applicants
- Possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Be highly organised and work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment

- Possess the ability to think laterally and problem solve
- Be passionate about people, as you will be focused on building strong relationships with our team and applicants

**Ideally you will have**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 4 years end to end recruitment experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to form strong lasting relationships
- Strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills
- Hunger, passion, and drive to get the job done, with a 'never give up' attitude
- Proactive and process-driven
