**Your Role**

This role is an opportunity for those looking to start their career in in-house Talent Acquisition. You will acquire specific skills and strategies around sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent from around the world, with a focus on advancing the speed and quality of ZURU's hiring efforts.

You will support our Talent Advisor/Specialist in day-to-day operations by utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (LEVER), preparing InMail outreach campaigns and job ads, and facilitating our hiring framework, including the ZURU Loop Interview sessions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Become an expert in talent sourcing by acquiring advanced skills in several search techniques. Source and engage with top-tier talent across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Zeil, Seek, Social Media, Blogs, etc.).
- Utilize your creative writing skills to create appealing, persuasive, and unique InMail outreach messages, nurturing campaigns, and outstanding job advertisements, driving engagement from top-tier talent to ZURU.
- Establish future talent pipelines across different functions, positions, regions, and unique skill sets, and maintain engagement with top-tier talent to speed up the hiring process across ZURU.
- Acquire knowledge of one of the best Applicant Tracking Systems for in-house talent acquisition (LEVER) by supporting the Talent Advisor/Specialist with day-to-day operations, including setting up projects, publishing jobs, maintaining data hygiene, scheduling interviews, creating profiles, and filling out feedback forms.
- Pursue a goal for a full-cycle in-house talent acquisition career. Listen to podcasts, read articles, watch YouTube videos about industry trends, best practices, and new tech stacks, and share and discuss with the wider talent acquisition team with the aim of improving operations.

**Required**:

- Recent graduation or 1 year of experience in Sales & Business Development (TA is a sales function), Customer Service, Human Resources, or a role in a recruitment agency.
- Strong intrinsic motivation to start or transition to an in-house talent acquisition career and the commitment to deep dive into all things talent acquisition by acquiring knowledge through self-study efforts.
- Being tech-savvy as you will utilize and navigate specific talent acquisition software.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and passionate about talent acquisition with a "hustle" mentality, always striving to deliver results.
