**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Talent Advisor at ZURU, you will play a crucial role in our global talent acquisition efforts. Your main responsibilities include providing strategic talent market insights, sourcing and engaging top talent, supporting the hiring process, building passive talent pipelines, maintaining high data hygiene in the ATS, and continually improving the talent acquisition function and overall processes.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**

**CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **_ Talent Insights - Provide Strategic Talent Insights _**:

- Develop expertise in business areas such as marketing, commercial/sales, operations, etc. by attending both strategic and operational meetings and collaborating with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, team structures/dynamics, role scopes, and business updates.
- Prepare and regularly update global talent maps, incorporating compensation insights, target companies, top universities, and overall talent availability, for key regions and core positions to assist hiring managers in establishing hiring goals and realistic timelines by providing in-depth talent market insights.
- Keep hiring managers informed and engaged in the recruitment process by providing ongoing recruitment updates and proactively discuss further hiring strategies.
- **_Attract and Source - Engage with top talents _**:

- Partner with the employer branding team member to plan the promotion of open positions with the goal of increasing visibility and attracting more qualified applicants.
- **_360 Recruitment - Support ZURU hiring loop _**:

- Facilitate the kick-off briefing for new positions with hiring managers and provide support by defining the position scope, key responsibilities/requirements, and the unique selling proposition of a role.
- Screen CVs based on the position requirements and specifics also with the attention to future talent pipeline. Follow a screen-in approach.
- Facilitate hiring decision meetings with the wider hiring teams to reach a qualified hiring decision.
- Provide support during the final stage of the hiring process, including pre-employment checks
- and the negotiations of compensation packages to ensure successful contract closures.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless transition of the new hire to the onboarding expert team member.
- **_Future Talent Pipeline - Build and maintain high-quality future talent pipelines to speed-up hiring process _**:

- Constantly look out for networking events or other means of interacting with top global talent.
- **_Talent Acquisition Function - Strive for a 2% improvement each week. _**:

- Drive and ensure data hygiene in the ATS (Lever) that supports quality reporting, helping to define room for improvements.
- Constantly strive for ZURU hiring loop improvements by identifying hurdles and roadblocks, and provide solutions.
- Stay on top of industry trends focusing on sourcing, attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent and share insights with wider talent acquisition team and hiring manager

**YOU WILL BRING**:

- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle in-house recruitment role.
- Intrinsic motivation for hiring challenging roles by sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search methods like Google-X-Ray.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor persuasive outreach messages and campaigns and use storytelling techniques to sell the ZURU Group and its positions.
- A proven track record of identifying talent using behavioural interview questions.
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with a strong passion for talent acquisition and a "hustle" mentality, always going above and beyond to deliver results.

The role is 40 hours per week, with a salary range of $70k-100k, based on relevant in-house Talent Acquisition experiences.
