**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

**We are looking for an innovative and future focused Talent Acquisition Partner who understands the importance of searching all avenues in the hunt for great talent. This role will**:

- Have a passion for attracting great talent with expertise in the corporate, professional services and/or transportation and infrastructure sectors.
- Execute and support focused campaigns and sourcing strategies, providing advice on attracting, selecting and retaining the best talent available
- Champion our employer brand awareness and support our social media presence and participate in networking, job fairs and recruitment events
- Keep up to date with visa, legislation and best practice changes globally.

**We are looking for someone who is the new breed of Talent Acquisition and will fit within our newly established and integrated Business Partnering team. To be successful you will**:

- Experience of working across bulk or volume recruitment activities
- Demonstrated successes in using proactive sourcing techniques to fill difficult roles
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship management skills with a positive track record establishing credibility and partnering with hiring managers
- Ability to prioritise effectively, managing multiple positions, priorities and projects
- A team player, who is solution-focused, reliable and embrace's a 'can-do' attitude
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team projects
