You will play a key role as you spearhead the oversight, coordination and management of our Information Domain Projects. You'll drive the progress of these projects and ensure that we have the right people working on the right projects, in line with our key objectives.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining a strategic view and ensuring the successful implementation of these projects.
- Working closely with our Information Domain leaders to understand organisational objectives and priorities; keep them informed of progress.
- Establishing trusted relationships with our stakeholders including our Project Leads, Programme and Project Managers, Ministry of Defence, and other government departments.
- Gathering and analysing performance data and creating written reports.
- Facilitating governance and compliance activities, while adhering to deadlines and deliverables.
- Providing input into the continuous improvement of our processes.

This is an excellent role to start your career with Defence. You will be part of the Capability Branch team, responsible for defining and delivering New Zealand's future information warfare capabilities.
This role is based in Wellington CBD. Once you've undergone training and are up to speed, there is the option of working from home 2 days per week.
**Please note**: The formal title for this role within NZDF is Resource Manager (Information Domain).

- At minimum, you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence or have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa, and you must be a citizen of and have lived in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America or New Zealand continuously for the last ten (10) years.
- You must have a ten (10) year background history that can be verified and assessed appropriately by the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) to determine if you are suitable for a security clearance at this level.
