Learners and their whanau are at the centre of all that we do. They are seeking a Resource Lead to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting at the end of November.

**Your new role**

The Resource Lead is responsible for resourcing projects, managing contracts and ensuring supporting systems, tools and processes are fit-for-purpose. Duties will include:

- Scheduling internal and external resources working for Learning Design and Development, in collaboration with Project Managers
- Monitoring and planning future resourcing levels to ensure resource supply and demand balance.
- Manage contractors and outsourcing partners working with Learning Design and Development, including confirmation and negotiation of timelines and remuneration, arrangement of contracts, induction, guidance and follow-up and escalation and/or issue resolution if issues occur
- Manage contracts with external partners, as well as contracting systems
- Design, implement and improve resourcing and contracting processes, tools and systems.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- A background in recruitment and contract management is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills
- Process driven
