**Business Process Lead - EWM**

We have an opportunity within the Supply Chain Strategy and Development team as a Business Process Lead - Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). This is a new and exciting role that helps deliver our supply chain, customer driven strategy and improve service level and efficiency.

**What you’re responsible for**
- Spearhead the role of Business Process Owner, steering the strategic direction for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) at Gilmours.
- Collaborate closely with the EWM team in Enterprise Systems, championing the business perspective throughout the initial stabilization phase and drive the implementation of EWM across all Gilmours sites.
- Work closely with the store teams and IT team, identify opportunities and implement initiatives to improve service level and efficiency.
- Take ownership of the EWM optimisation & Continuous Improvement pipeline/development backlog.
- Play a vital role in cross-functional initiatives, contributing to the broader Gilmours supply chain transformation roadmap.
- Maintain systems expertise and provide a high standard of systems functional support, prepare training documentation, train and guide users on correct processes.
- Establish and maintain a Systems Matrix that tracks and monitors the specific configuration at sites to ensure alignment with agreed EWM Design based on industry Best Practice.

**What skills and experience you need**
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Information Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in the logistics & supply chain industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of grocery retail / FMCG Supply Chains.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience within the SAP EWM module.
- Strong leadership and track record of building strong relationships with other teams.
- You will have a collaborative working style yet be able to stand on your own two feet.
