**The Role**

We are looking for a Maintenance Lead to join our team in Mangere. You will be responsible for ensuring our equipment runs cost effectively and safely while working towards production targets which will drive the success of our plant.

The main responsibilities of this role include..
- Providing leadership, mentoring and development for 2 direct reports
- Supporting the maintenance team and wider maintenance team as required
- Planning and scheduling regular maintenance on our blending and canning assets
- Leading breakdown resolution for internal and external resources
- Eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing costs associated with asset care
- Project management of capital expenditure and plant asset improvements

**Skills and Experience**

This is a great role for you to bring your leadership experience and IWS knowledge. You will be joining a supportive and high performing leadership team who are committed to business transformation and the ongoing development of our plant.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and systems
- Proven knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems
- Experience working with IWS business systems
- Experience in leading and implementing change in technical environment
- Excellent coaching and consulting skills
- Able to influence and be assertive

An Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Trade qualification is preferred
