**About the role**

Some of the key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Analysing existing business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness,
- Driving change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication to ensure successful adoption of process improvements,
- Collaborating with our IT team to evaluate and implement relevant tools, software, or automation solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency, and

**About you**

We’re looking for someone that has a passion for continuous improvement. You may have had already had a good amount of experience in the retail industry, or you could be experienced in helping other businesses to improve their processes. This role has an element of data analysis, so you will need to be comfortable using different systems and computer software.
