**The Roles**

This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a dynamic and passionate team as a Process Technician at Synlait’s Mangere site in Auckland.

These roles are due to an increase in demand as a new shift is developed providing a potential career springboard to demonstrate your skills and experience in this field.

Reporting to the Shift Leader, the role is based around a two week rotation of four 12.5 hour day/night shifts (Mon - Thur) followed by three 12.5 hour day/night shifts (Mon - Weds)

The main responsibilities in this role include
- Operating sophisticated, automated equipment in a dairy manufacturing process
- Maintaining exceptional manufacturing safety and quality standards
- Performing product quality checks to reduce loses and improve line reliability
- Playing your part in a high performing team

Key to your success will be your proactive response to learning and your ability to build strong and supportive relationships with internal and external teams.

**Skills and experience**

To be considered for these roles you will need to have the right to work in New Zealand, and also
- Food or dairy dispensing, blending or filler experience
- Knowledge of, and the ability to be, mechanically minded on a production line
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability and enthusiasm to learn and aid others learning
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word
- Pride in your work and the accomplishments you achieve
