ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator or individual looking to take the next step in their career to expand their skills and assist the team to meet its regulatory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include supporting an efficient practice review process by:

- Preparing documentation and arranging travel to facilitate reviews
- Providing administrative support throughout the review process
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and members to ensure activities and associated tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Completing related Account Receivable and Accounts Payable activities
- Maintaining up-to-date member data as required
- Adhoc project support activities

ABOUT YOU
You will have excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn and expand your skills. In addition, you will bring to the role:

- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience in finance management including processing invoices and monitoring finances (desirable but not essential)
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
