Mō te tūnga - About the role
We are looking for an outstanding Coordinator, or experienced Administrator with an interest in Standards and Regulations to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of the Standards and Regulations work-programme. This is an opportunity to gain experience across the full regulatory processes in a one-stop regulatory team.
**On a day-to-day basis, this role includes**:
- engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally
- supporting the wider team with their work programmes
- monitoring the teams enquiries inboxes, and coordinating responses in a timely manner
- maintaining case file and stakeholder databases
- support the planning and coordination of the team's external engagement activities.

**We are looking for someone who has**:
- keen interest in learning more about energy and EECA's role in encouraging efficient, smart, low carbon technologies
- self-motivation, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- strong initiative, with sound judgement and the ability to 'join the dots'.
- familiarity with Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in building effective relationships.
