The Ministry for Regulation is looking to second two people to support us in Team Coordinator roles.

**Initial work will include**:
Setting up meetings and events

Supporting recruitment activities

Planning, diary and file management

Workflow assistance

Data entry and use of Microsoft 365 products to assist team members

We are a small Ministry working at pace. We need people with a can-do attitude, who are committed to the kaupapa of improving outcomes for New Zealanders and who are willing to lend their expertise to the variety of tasks required each day. Applicants will need to be able to hit the ground running and work pro-actively to support our small but growing team with a variety of administrative work.
