Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) is a non-profit peak membership body dedicated to advancing patient care in the clinical radiology and radiation oncology fields across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Job Description We are seeking a 6 month Fixed Term, Part time (22.8 Hours per week) Administration Officer to join our NZ Branch Team, reporting to the Manager, NZ.
The Administration Officer role is responsible for but not limited to: Provide support to the team, including preparing agendas, item summaries, minute taking, and following up on action items.
Process selection applications and enquiries, including proactively responding to enquiries and phone calls.
Compose and edit documents, file, and perform data entry into spreadsheets or databases (CRM, ePortfolio, and SharePoint), ensuring the maintenance of data is up to date and accurate.
Support the team in organising committee meetings and workshops, travel bookings, venue, and catering bookings.
May also provide support and assistance in such meetings.
Attend virtual meetings (inside and outside of business hours) that are relevant to the role.
Liaise and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Resolve routine and complex problems in a thorough and timely manner.
Respond to enquiries requiring an understanding of the organisation and RANZCR policies and procedures.
Take ownership of enquiries by providing explanations and instructions.
Ensure enquiries are addressed and resolved.
Desired Skills and Experience Experience working in an office environment and undertaking a range of administration tasks.
Experience working in a high attention to detail environment.
Advanced IT Skills with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Excellent customer service skills, organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
