A permanent opportunity available for an experienced PA/Coordinator or individual with excellent organisational skills in a diverse and member focused organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA
Working within the Regulation and Governance teams, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the NZ Regulation Leader, the NZ Governance Leader, and the wider Regulation Team. The role will see you liaise with senior executives, board members, and teams across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative support including diary management and scheduling for the leaders and the wider Regulation team, meeting organisation, and document management
- Secretarial support including preparing correspondence, agenda papers, meeting materials, and minutes
- Arranging travel for staff and committee/board members working with our preferred travel provider
- Managing monthly expenses and assisting with planning and budget setting.
- Ad Hoc project support

ABOUT YOU - HE KŌRERO MŌU
To be successful, you need to be a self-starter with a flexible “Can-do” attitude. Ideally, you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate:

- Exceptional verbal, and written communication, and organisational skills with fine attention to detail
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- You're driven, organised, and methodical - the kind of person who thrives on solving problems and multi-tasking, even when there are a lot of stakeholders in the mix.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and prior experience with Salesforce will also be highly regarded.
- Adept at learning new systems and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Prior experience managing and monitoring budgets desirable
- Role will be based in our office in Wellington, min 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.
