Information Management Advisor

**In this role you will**:

- possess information and records management experience and working knowledge of tools, systems and compliance standards;
- be building an information management career and be attracted to working in a complex business and customer-focused environment;
- have a self-starting approach, be comfortable working in a team setting and have ability to deliver in an ambiguous environment;
- demonstrate well developed interpersonal skills and have a high level of attention to detail.

- contribute to the team overseeing how NZSIS organises its information;
- help NZSIS derive value from its information assets;
- ensure compliance with information management standards and legislation;

The position will focus on providing information, records and data management advice and support.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
