**Etex **recently acquired **BGC**’s plasterboard and fibre cement businesses, and have ambitious plans for growth in the ANZAC region. Etex are currently looking for a dynamic Operations and Administration Manager who will support this growth while embracing their vision of being their customers’ best supplier.

**About the Opportunity**
Working alongside our Etex Group team based in East Tamaki, Auckland, and assist the National Manager with leading and overseeing the New Zealand branch operations including, warehouse, inventory, and logistics functions to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets for the Company. Additionally, this role overseas the customer service team and all branch administrative functions.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensuring health and safety requirements are met
- Management of the day-to-day warehouse operations, staff, and labour hire workers
- Onboarding and training new employees and labour hire workers
- Ensure the Customer Service team strives for best-in-class service.
- Manage the branch administration function
- Ensuring our delivery function is efficient and cost effective
- Continual reporting on operations to both the NZ Manager
- Work with the Import manager to ensure we have products available to meet changing customer demand patterns
- Well-developed Commercial acumen
- Forecast and track key accounts, monitor potential sales leads, and escalate to sales team

**About You**
- Proven experience in leading and developing high performing teams.
- Experience in Warehouse Operations and shipping; locally and internationally
- Advanced Microsoft computer skills
- Excellent communication skills including strong influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of best practice approach to receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
