**What will you be doing?**
- Working closely with the HR team
- Completing the administrative tasks in the employee lifecycle
- There is a payroll aspect every fortnight - making sure employees are paid correctly by ensuring information is uploaded to Datacom
- Organising interviews and potentially completing references
- Other ad-hoc roles to expand your skillset
**Who are you?**
- At least 3-5 years experience in HR administration
- Know and understand on boarding documents
- Know and understand HR and payroll systems, employment law and how it translates to HR policies
- Have clear communication skills and a positive attitude
