We are excited to announce we have a rare opening for a Customer Service and Administration Supervisor to take the lead for our small-knit team at TIMG. If you’re a confident leader with a strong background in Customer Service and an Administration superstar, this role is for you.

**This position will be based in Highbrook, Monday to Friday, 40 hours guaranteed. Based in a premium location within close proximity to a bustling café for your coffee fix and Sushi being just across the door step. Start your day right with the convenience of onsite secure staff parking.**

**What you will do**:
You will focus on providing a friendly work environment and a willingness to listen to customers’ needs as well as having sound product knowledge.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervise the Customer Service/admin team and support staff growth by providing training to new staff and monitoring their progress.
- Gain clear knowledge of the customers we have, and ensure standards are aligned with their expectations
- Lead branch administration - by completion of invoicing, record management and reporting as well as other administration tasks.
- Ensure TIMGs service standards are achieved by focusing on continuous improvements of the company's quality and management systems.
- Monitor operational purposes to ensure set procedures are being followed.
- Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous customer service experience and sound knowledge in Administration.

**What you will have**
- Computer Literacy and Tech savvy especially in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experienced with booking management systems
- Experience in invoicing and reports
- Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively
- Have excellent communication skills
- both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a part of a team and lead a team
