Friendly customer focused office admin, accounts, scheduler and general duties part time job share.

Due to one of our superstars moving overseas we have a vacancy for an office admin assistant. If you are a customer focused office administrator and would like to join a great team on a job share basis, and available to start late Aug or early Sept 2024, we would like to hear from you.

We are a Johnsonville based company employing a small friendly team of trades people that look after some of the best customers in Wellington and enjoy an active social club and activities as well as getting the job done.

The job share hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday & Tuesday week “A” and Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday week “B”.

The job offers a variety of work and includes being part of a team managing; Plumbers workloads, customer satisfaction, checking and compiling invoices in a friendly sunny office.

We are located a short walk from Johnsonville’s cafes and shops with the bus stop right outside the office door, easy walk to the train or bring your car - free parking across the street.

The successful applicant will be friendly, efficient, organised, capable of switching tasks mid-stream, enjoy helping our customers, organising/scheduling trades people and have a good general knowledge of Microsoft programs.

Full training and support in our job management software and processes will be provided.
