**noissue** provides sustainable packaging for brands. We are headquartered in NZ with two key hubs in North America and Asia.
We serve a large customer base of SMB brands, with the majority based in North America and Australasia.
Our team is world class and ambitious - focused with a clear vision for our customers.
We are seeking a motivated individual to own and develop our CRM strategy, and be part of a close knit team. This role requires a high degree of customer centricity in the SMB brand space, with particular focus on Ecommerce/Retail and Foodservice segments. This role also offers a unique opportunity to work with senior noissue team members, and directly contribute to our growth.
**Role summary**:
- Owning noissue’s CRM strategy incl. Implementation & maintenance.
- Manage noissue’s customer database with a focus on retention and engagement.
- Build and leverage segmentation strategies for personalized and relevant campaigns for both new and existing customers.
- Partner closely with Sales Development, Sales, and Demand Gen Marketing to identify and alleviate points of friction in the funnel, scale drip nurture and engagement programs, and develop personalized outreach.
- Lead late-stage demand gen programs that drive conversions, deal velocity, pipeline, and closed-won revenue.
- Partner with Sales to identify market opportunities and key targets based on user data.
- Devise, implement and maintain retention strategies for existing customers
- Identify potential high-value customers and facilitate their transition to the account management team.
- Analyze customer groups, provide insights and trends, and communicate to wider organisation.
- Coordinate with marketing and other key functions to maintain consistent brand tone and messaging.
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Mid-senior level experience in a B2B CRM role
- Proven track record of successfully planning, developing and executing end-to-end lifecycle campaigns
- Self-starter and impact-driven who enjoys taking ownership of projects, solving problems independently and has a bias for action
- Technically-savvy with a creative eye: Comfortable with technical matters, but also attentive to creative and comms remaining consistently on-brand.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for using data to improve campaign performance
- Experience with Hubspot
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
